Meet the team
Philip Doyle
I’m a strategy and partnerships expert with 20 years of experience increasing connection, collaboration and understanding across academia, industry and government to increase their impact. My work has helped organisations shape complex initiatives, build high-impact collaborations and secure funding that drives real-world outcomes.
In my senior strategy roles at KPMG and Monash University, I’ve led multi-million-dollar research and commercialisation initiatives, developed funding strategies that have supported more than $250 million in grant applications and repositioned underperforming programs into financially sustainable ventures. I’ve designed research policies spanning multiple faculties, built international partnerships across Asia and Europe and supported senior leaders to align on strategy when the stakes, and time pressure, were high.
Abby Wild
I’m a researcher and consultant with 20 years of experience in behaviour change, criminology, and social impact. Over the years, I’ve worked across government, non-profit, and academic settings, applying behavioural insights to complex social and environmental problems.
I studied Neuroscience and History at Harvard, then completed an M.Phil. in Criminological Research at Cambridge. Along the way, I’ve taught psychology and criminology at Cambridge, conducted research with cotton-top tamarins at Harvard, and worked on projects ranging from public health to social inclusion. I’ve served on the board of a venture capital firm and supported grant writing for a hospice care organisation. Across all of it, I’ve been driven by a belief in practical, evidence-informed change, and in the value of listening closely before offering solutions.
